Tennent Mountain is one of 41 mountains east of the Mississippi over 6000 feet in elevation. It can be reached by way of the Art Loeb trail found on Black Balsam road off of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Thank you for your kind words in your recent comment on my blog. I'm glad you called your Dad ... Your panoramic photo today includes a shadow self portrait.
That's actually two shadows combined. In the original series of panorama shots, there were two shadows. One with my right arm up and the other with my left arm up. Photostitch combined them to look like that.
